How to Use

Each item in this set has its own instructions on its packaging. In summary:

Shampoo: apply to wet hair, massage gently, leave for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Hair vitamin: two tablets a day, one morning and one evening, after food.

Ozonized oil and oil serum complex: apply to the scalp with your fingertips and massage in. Leave 15 to 20 minutes, then wash with the shampoo.
